With his characteristic blend of artlessness and refreshing curiosity, he has always been interested in rugs - no matter how modest - with imagery reminiscent of modern art. Diamonds, stripes, squares, checks, zigzags, graffiti.

François starting importing rugs from Morocco over 20 years ago to furnish both his and his clients' homes. The demand for these works of art has increased over the last few years as modern interiors are crying out for some traditional furnishings, both in Europe and around the world.

He now has a showroom in Fulham, West London with a vast collection of over 100 rugs, ranging from the small and affordable, to large vintage pieces - collectors items dating back as far as the 1930s.

This website only shows a selection of 20 rugs as the collection is ever changing, due to high demand and new stock arriving regularly. François travels regularly back to Morocco to source new stock and find those rare pieces that he'd like to keep for himself!
